Jacinta Harrison

PRINCIPAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND OWNER

B.Phty (Otago) | PGCert. Acupuncture (AUT) | Cert. Oncology Rehab | COMT

As Principal Physiotherapist and Owner of Reboot Physio & Rehab, I’m passionate about providing personalised, hands-on care that supports recovery and long-term wellbeing. I want every client to feel supported, strong, and ready to move with confidence.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at University of Otago in 2007, and completed my postgraduate study with AUT. Since then, I’ve worked with various sports teams, including championship-winning club rugby teams, Taranaki rugby, rugby league, and New Zealand Cricket. I’ve also been a representative as an athlete in swimming, rugby and squash which gives me a real understanding on the impact injuries have on athletes.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me outdoors, water skiing, surfing, squash, golf, or chasing after my energetic golden retriever, Pippa, who is often found hanging out in the clinic.

Jordan Millen

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

B. Health Sc. PHTY (AUT)

Helping people overcome pain, regain strength, and reclaim their independence is what fuels me every day.

I’m passionate about understanding each person’s unique story and tailoring treatment plans that fit their goals and lifestyle. It’s not just quick fixes, I want to see lasting results. Whether it’s recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving your mobility, I’m here to guide and support you.

I graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2016 and worked as a Physiotherapist in Auckland before returning to Taranaki. I took a short hiatus from Physiotherapy to build a family home and establish a boutique orchard.

Outside of the clinic, I’m usually having quality time with my wife and young daughters, and tending to my fruit trees.

Katyana Kowalchuk Horn

B. Phty (Otago) | COMT

SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

I love seeing people rediscover their strength and independence after injury or illness. I’m passionate about empowering clients to take control of their recovery through personalised care that’s both compassionate and effective.

I've worked in Private Practice since graduating from Otago University in 2010 and have been lucky to work in Taranaki, Australia, and Japan.

My favourite part of my job is the connections I make with my patients. I love being able to support them all the way through, from early-stage injury to end-stage rehab when they are getting back to the things they need and want to do.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me exploring Te Papa-Kura-o-Taranaki, mountain biking, trying my luck at disc golf, adventure racing, and pottering in my vege garden.

Janelle Turnbull-Young

LEAD ADMINISTRATOR

As the Lead Administrator, I’m here to make your experience smooth, welcoming, and hassle-free. From scheduling appointments to answering all your questions, I’m dedicated to ensuring it all runs seamlessly behind the scenes. That way, you can focus on your recovery.

I love being part of a team that helps people heal and thrive. It’s so inspiring to be part of a friendly, supportive environment.

I lived in Perth for 8 years where my two children were born and returned to New Zealand in 2002. Outside of the clinic, I’m usually at the gym or walking my dogs down Fitzroy Beach. Fun fact about me, I once finished second in my age group at the Rotorua half-marathon.

Kylie Albon

ADMINISTRATOR

As one of the clinic administrators, my goal is to ensure your visit feels easy and welcoming. I manage bookings, handle your questions, and coordinate with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly. I’m here to make sure you get the support you need from the moment you get in touch.

Born and raised in New Plymouth, I completed a Diploma of Teaching through Massey University and have worked most of my adult life in the education sector. I spent several years living in Western Australia, where I worked as the sole teacher-principal of a remote school on the outskirts of Perth.

When I’m not at Reboot, I also do the administration for my husband’s building company. Outside of work you will find me travelling the country to support my two talented daughters in their hockey teams.

  • The first session is all about understanding your needs and setting a clear roadmap. Your physiotherapist will ask about your medical history, current symptoms, and any goals you have for recovery.

They’ll also perform a thorough assessment, which may include physical examinations to understand your pain level or mobility.

From there, they will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan. This may include some hands-on treatment, exercises, and advice to support your recovery. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions.
