Jacinta Harrison
PRINCIPAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND OWNER

As the Principal Physiotherapist and Owner of Reboot Physio & Rehab, Jacinta is passionate about providing personalised, hands-on care that supports recovery and long-term wellbeing. She is committed to ensuring every client feels supported, strong, and confident in their movement and recovery journey.
Jacinta graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in 2007 and later completed postgraduate study through Auckland University of Technology. Since then, she has worked with a range of sports teams, including championship-winning club rugby teams, Taranaki rugby, rugby league, and New Zealand Cricket.
As a former representative athlete in swimming, rugby, and squash, Jacinta has a strong understanding of the physical and emotional impact injuries can have on athletes, bringing valuable insight and empathy to her clinical care.
Outside the clinic, Jacinta enjoys spending time outdoors water skiing, surfing, playing squash and golf, or chasing after her energetic golden retriever, Pippa, who is often found keeping the team company around the clinic.
Jordan Millen

Helping people overcome pain, regain strength, and reclaim their independence is what drives Jordan every day.
Jordan is passionate about understanding each person’s unique story and tailoring treatment plans to suit their individual goals and lifestyle. Focused on achieving lasting results rather than quick fixes, he is committed to supporting patients through injury recovery, chronic pain management, and improved mobility with practical, personalised care.
After graduating from the Auckland University of Technology in 2016, Jordan worked as a Physiotherapist in Auckland before returning home to Taranaki where he took a short spell away from physiotherapy to build a family home and establish a boutique regenerative orchard.
Outside of the clinic, Jordan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three young daughters.
Katyana Kowalchuk Horn

SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
With a passion for helping people rediscover their strength and independence after injury or illness, Katyana is dedicated to empowering clients to take control of their recovery through personalised care that is both compassionate and effective.
Since graduating from the University of Otago in 2010, Katyana has worked extensively in private practice across Taranaki, Australia, and Japan, gaining broad clinical experience and insight across a range of settings.
Her favourite part of the job is building meaningful connections with patients and supporting them throughout their rehabilitation journey, from the early stages of injury through to end-stage rehabilitation, helping them return to the activities they need and love to do.
Outside of the clinic, Katyana enjoys exploring Te Papa-Kura-o-Taranaki, mountain biking, disc golf, adventure racing, and spending time in her vegetable garden.
Janelle Turnbull-Young
LEAD ADMINISTRATOR
Our Lead Administrator, Janelle is dedicated to making every client’s experience smooth, welcoming, and hassle-free. From scheduling appointments to answering questions, she ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes so clients can focus on their recovery.
Janelle enjoys being part of a team that helps people heal and thrive, and finds it inspiring to work in such a friendly and supportive environment.
She lived in Perth for eight years, where her two children were born, before returning to New Zealand in 2002. Outside of the clinic, she is often at the gym or walking her dogs along Fitzroy Beach.
Kylie Broughton
ADMINISTRATOR
The clinic’s newest administrator, Kylie’s goal is to ensure your visit feels easy and welcoming. A true local, Kylie has spent the majority of her life in Waitara and has strong ties to the community our clinic serves.
Kylie brings a warm, approachable presence to the front of house, with a genuine understanding of the people and families in the area. She is passionate about supporting both patients and the wider team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Kylie is a busy mum of three and family life is at the centre of everything she does. Her household has a strong passion for rugby league, and much of her spare time is spent supporting her children in their sporting pursuits. When she’s not on the sidelines, Kylie enjoys socialising with friends and family.
Kylie’s local knowledge, community connection, and friendly nature make her a valuable addition to the Reboot team.

As a Physiotherapist and Reboot’s strength and balance coach, I’m passionate about helping people build the foundation for a safer and more confident life. Whether you’re recovering from injury or looking to improve your everyday mobility, I focus on tailored exercises that enhance stability, strength, and overall well-being.
I believe in making small, consistent steps to achieve big improvements. I’m here to guide and motivate you so you can move with confidence, reduce your risk of falls, and enjoy an active lifestyle. I practice with a holistic and inclusive approach and embrace tikanga Māori.
I’m from Tokoroa and of Ngāti Raukawa descent. I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Sport and Human Performance. I’ve represented Waikato and Bay of Plenty in football. Now, I’m the current sports medic for Clifton Rugby Club, Te Ātiawa Māori rugby league and Taranaki Whānui touch. In my spare time, I like paddle boarding, hiking, and gardening.

At Reboot, we can lodge your ACC claim for you so you don’t need a referral. Once your claim is accepted, ACC will cover some of the costs related to your injury treatment. Please note, there will be a surcharge.
We’ll work closely with you and ACC to ensure you stay on track. If you have any questions about your claim or coverage, just ask us, we’re here to help.

No, you can book an appointment with us at any time. We’re happy to assess your condition and provide treatment, without the extra step of seeing a doctor first.

Every physiotherapy client has unique needs. Some people see improvement after just a few visits, while others require ongoing care over several months.
During your first assessment, we’ll create a tailored plan and give you an idea of what to expect. We’ll also review your progress regularly and adjust the treatment to help you recover as efficiently as possible.

The first session is all about understanding your needs and setting a clear roadmap. Your physiotherapist will ask about your medical history, current symptoms, and any goals you have for recovery.
They’ll also perform a thorough assessment, which may include physical examinations to understand your pain level or mobility.
From there, they will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan. This may include some hands-on treatment, exercises, and advice to support your recovery. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions.
